Our beautiful and modern apartment is located in Palm-Mar in the south of Tenerife. A village with wide boulevards that are full of swaying palm trees, but also flowering shrubs and flowers. Located on an impressive bay and a natural park. The apartment has a terrace with fantastic views and there is a communal swimming pool.

House rules
The owner has ensured that the accommodation is comfortable and clean. All the devices are working properly. In order to provide you with a pleasant stay, we hereby send you some house rules.
01.
Please do not throw anything in the toilet except toilet paper to avoid the risk of blocking the canalisation, there is a dustbin in the bathroom for intimate hygiene.

De schoonmaak aan het einde van het verblijf wordt aangerekend, de ijskast en diepvriezer dienen hierbij volledig leeg te zijn alsook al uw persoonlijke spullen terug mee te nemen uit de kasten/appartement. De verschillende elementen, inclusief het meubilair, moeten op hun oorspronkelijke plaats staan.

The payment of the cleaning at the end of the stay covers normal use of the apartment, but does not cover the cleaning of things that are unusual such as graffiti, or large stains on armchairs, duvets or spreads etc.
04.
Any overtime required to restore the apartment after an oversized site will be deducted from the warranty. You can leave all dirty bed linen and dirty towels in the laundry basket in the bathroom after the end of your stay.
05.
The apartment is always checked after the previous tenant. Please inform the owner of any defects, a malfunctioning or non-functioning device within 24 hours of your arrival. Do not hesitate to contact the owner if you have any doubts when something is not functioning properly.
06.
Please contact the owner 48 hours prior to arrival to confirm your arrival time and call them when you leave the airport so that they know you will be there 20 minutes later.
